Ebay has really cracked down on Sellers changing the shipping address based on a message from the Buyer. If you do that, eBay will not protect you if something goes wrong. The item must be shipped to the address in the Order Details. No exceptions. Let the Buyer know eBay won't allow you to change it. Don't let the Buyer tell you that every other Seller does this for them.
In the meantime, because your recent sale is for over $750, you are required to purchase signature required. You will also need to purchase additional insurance.
Never change the address from the one shown on the order (that does not have to be an address registered to the buyer's account, they can input any address at checkout, but you must ship to whatever address is provided to you by eBay and no other address).
If you got a message from a user asking you to change the shipping address for a recent sale, FIRST check that the message actually came from your buyer. If it is from a different user account, report the message and ignore it, and ship to the address on the order.
If it is from your buyer, let them know you can cancel the order and let them repurchase the item with the correct address.
