Yearly total-shipping-cost report??
HELP!
Is there a way to get a report from your sales showing the cost I as the seller paid out for shipping for the year? I ran the report to show each item sold, and its associated fees/ net payout, but I have not found anything showing the amount I have spent on shipping labels in a report. ( I know I can go to "shipping labels" and see how much I spent on each label, but for ~500 transactions, I really need a report wrapping them all into one sheet). Thank you in advance for any help!

A) This is a Financial overview page
https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin/reportslanding
(if the link doesn't work try
Seller Hub> Payments > Reports
Change your time period to "Custom"
Select: Jan 01, 2025-Dec 31, 2025
Right on the screen you will see the totals you need
- Sales
- Fees
- Shipping Labels
- Returns
B) Or you can generate a specific transactions report here:
https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin/report
Pick the parameters
- Select the Items you want in "Transaction Type"
- Select the time period: Jan 01, 2025-Dec 31, 2025
- Click Create Report
When notified, download the CSV file which will open in Excel.
You can create a formula to total the columns
3) You can find monthly reports here:
https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin/report/statement
and
