I would hold off buying this item for now.
The Seller just created their eBay account today and although it says they are located in Massachusetts, because their account is so new, right now, we can't confirm their location.
Instead of buying today, I would put this item on your Watchlist and wait until the Seller has received a few positive feedbacks from Buyers who purchased this item.
Although you should be covered for up to 30 days by the eBay Money Back Guarantee, I still highly recommend you wait.
