While on XBOX Live recently, I tried to use the codes, XBOX Live said each code was already used. I can absolutely prove that "I DID NOT" use these codes.
How do I get what I purchased from this seller, or get my money back?

I don’t see where the seller has sold anything in the last 30 days - when did you get the codes? eBay has a 30 day money back guarantee. If it has been more than 30 days, they cannot help you.
If it has been more than 30 days, call your credit card issuer and have them open a dispute on the item. I think they might consider it a fraudulent item. If not, it is at least not as described.
Your seller has gotten a lot of negative feedback for the same issue and now has no items for sale.

OP5 months agoTo answer your question I did not buy these within the last 30 days. Although that being said, I don't know if you took a moment to look at the actual order details for the 6 months of Xbox Ultimate Game Pass codes I purchased.
It said they don't expire. 2 to 3 weeks ago I tried to use the first prepaid month of Xbox Ultimate Game Pass that I purchased and while I was on Xbox Live it said the code had already been used.
What that means is the seller sold me codes that were alread used. I didn't actually receive the physical card that has the code on it that you open it up with a tab and then you scratch off what you need to scratch off to enter the code.
Six codes came to me in an email and all of them said they were already used. I hope that helps clarify the situation. Thank you very much for your time.

We cannot look at your order details - we are members like you, we are not eBay.
eBay cannot help after 30 days - your next avenue is to open a dispute through your credit card issuer.
I did see all of the negative reviews, as I noted below. I think it is safe to assume this is why he is no longer an active seller.
