I recently purchased this piece of equipment and the software resident within the machine fails to load,
I have a $8,500 boat anchor at present.

Mentor1 year agoHave you notified the seller? Did you check out the equipment before you picked it up, or was it shipped to you using a freight company? You have different recourse depending if the item was listed in the cars and trucks category or Industrial Equipment category.

-If you are within 30 days of receipt you can file a return claim via the item in your Purchase history using the reason does not match pictures or description. Follow the steps in the claim and you do not need to be in contact with the Seller.
