wwrong address
so ia buyer purchases an item i already had it boxed n ready when he paid so i put on shipping label n my wife takes to the post office i get a message from buyer tellin me its the wrong address i tell him its already been shipped n he will have to mak arrangements to try n get the item at the address he gave me he says ok tracking says insufficent address i ask hyim if he made arrangements n he says no i look up tracking at usps n it says marked as return to sender i told him ill ship it backj ifd its returned but he will have to pay for anotrher shipping label ebay hasnt released the funds am i right to assume he is responsible for a new shipping label

Mentor2 years agoYes, if the buyer supplied a wrong address you an ask for their PayPal address and send an invoice for the cost of reshipping.
