Wrongly VeRo by IP attorney & im internationall seller

Question

Hello everyone, i need your advice

Recently my payout got limited by ebay because of VeRo. My Paypal also suspended because of it.

I received email by IP attorney with attachment document of complaint, TRO, Motion of Preliminary Injunction, Summons etc ..but the problem is the item is not counterfeit and im not from USA. I found out the ebay user who bought the item has the same address with attorney office.

I already reply the email trying to explain it but the attorney do not respond.

I also contact eBay CS but they unable to do anything.

Im not company..i just a person selling personal items in ebay.

Sorry for my simple english. Right now i do not know what to do.
