wrongly put in paid status
I accidentally marked an item as paid and it wasn't and now the buyer isn't able to pay for the item. I'm not seeing where I can change it back. What should I do so the buyer can pay?

Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting shipment
Locate the item, click the down-arrow, click Mark as Unpaid.
