Wrongly Not Awarded Ayction Win

Question

I believe I was highest bidder for item tonight. eBay announced another lower bidder winner and told me item got away. This is an eBay issue. I see now way to contact them for resolution. Please. Help. Thank you eBay community.

We really need to look at the bidding history page to determine what occurred. Could you please provide a listing number or link to the listing?
