Wrongly advertised, received wrong item.
I ordered a 29.92" D x 13.98" W x 62.99" H 5-Tier Wire Shelves Adjustable Metal Organizer and received an elastic band. The seller is no longer on eBay. I started a return, but doubt I will get the return instructions because the seller closed their account. What can I do?

Ask eBay to step in and help 4 business days after you filed the refund request and eBay will force a refund from the sellers account.

OP2 years agoYeah, I had filled out for one, not knowing if I'd hear back, but I got a response from eBay my refund will be issued
