Wrongfully accused of feedback extortion
Hey! So I was recently a victim of a scammer on eBay… seller sold me a different item than I had purchased then tried to claim the eBay’s money back guarantee was invalid and therefore I couldn’t return it. I needed up having to wait go through EBay to return the item. I waited until after all of my interactions with the seller were done and I have a honest review on why my experience was negative.
That was over a month ago.
This morning I got a message saying I was accused of feedback extortion. This is rather confusing to me as, 1) it’s been over a month since my last review 2) eBay wouldn’t tell me what my feedback that was marked said, and 3) I never asked anything of the seller nor manipulated the seller with my feedback, as all interactions/returned had been concluded…
I don’t understand what I did wrong…
