Wrongful vero violation- Need mod help
So I had some of my jewelry claimed by a company saying that it's counterfeit. I've reached out to the company for an explanation giving them the benefit of the doubt but I've heard nothing back. The item has absolutely no branding marks nor any implied branding, nor are they selling anything even similar. I've never had a VERO violation before so I'm at a loss and asking for help here.
