Wrong type of label for item

USPS is saying the label I have for my item is wrong

You sold a laptop that has a lithium battery. You need to specify that the package contains hazardous materials on the label.

So, with that amount of limited information it will be hard to give you any advice. Since they told you the label was wrong did they tell you WHY? Did they tell you what type to use? Did you use Media Mail and the item does not qualify for that service? Did you put a USPS Ground Advantage label on a USPS Flat Rate printed box that they supply for free?

If you purchased the label through eBay and need buy a different one then you can Cancel the one you will not use on this page. Use the drop down menu on the left and select Cancel, complete the process and in 21 days or less you will be credited for the label cost. Track and manage your shipments
