    Wrong tracking number on item i shipped
                     

    I dropped off an item at ups store yesterday am and was waiting for tracking to update. When it didn't I looked harder and saw that when the employee manually entered the tracking number on my pre printed ebay label that she entered one wrong letter! How can I fix this so buyer can see the right info and track package?

    You can correct the tracking number.

    1. On the Seller Hub Orders page, go to Paid and shipped and find your order.
    2. Select the order by checking the box next to it.
    3. Select the Dispatch dropdown menu and then Add tracking number.
    4. Add, edit or delete the tracking number and the carrier, then select Save.

    The buyer will then get an email with the order tracking details.
