Wrong tracking information
I sold an item three weeks ago and showing not delivered yet. I reached out to the customer and he did receive the package. I thought I used a USPS qr read label , but when I checked the tracking number on eBay vs the receipt it does not match by one letter . I don’t know how to fix this to show that the package was delivered with no problem.
