Wrong track number
The seller of my product did no look at my shipping address but chose to use my old home address. I immediately corrected this explaining that he should use my shipping address. He disregard the problem and told me he could not do anything because it was already shipped . Also gave me a fake tracking number . I went to the post office and they told me that there was not such a number. Have to file a dispute with the bank.

Mentor2 years agoYou are welcome -- glad to hear that your package will be taken care of.
Be sure you have the correct address marked as your Primary shipping address in your account and that any old addresses you no longer use are deleted to make sure that this does not happen in the future.

Mentor2 years agoThe seller only receives one address from eBay -- the address you included with your payment. That is the address the seller is required to ship to.
Check your account to see which address is set as your primary shipping address. That is the address that appears by default on your checkout page unless you change it.
