Wrong Size shoes delivered and seller will not cooperate
Hi...I appreciate your input.
I purchased some shoes that were advertised as size 12, which is my size. I ordered and paid for them. I received them and they are size 11 very clearly. I contacted the seller about returning them, but he refuses to do so. The listing does say no returns, but they are not the size advertised.
What should I do?

If you chose ‘Item doesn’t match description or photos’ as the reason for your return request … then you can ask eBay to step in on the 4th business day.
If you chose ‘Item doesn’t fit’ as the reason … then a seller with a no return policy can refuse the return. [‘Doesn’t fit’ is considered a buyer’s remorse reason.]
You MAY be able to get refunded through PayPal or your credit card company if eBay closes the case.
