Wrong size sent

Question

I bought a pack of shirt size Large and was shipped size small.. I had to pay out of pocket 21 bucks to ship back and still no shirt in correct size... seller said he would send correct size when returned but do I get a refund on the 21 bucks I had to spend to send back for sellers mistake?

You didn't have to send them back on your dime. If you had gone through the Money Back Guarantee for not as described the seller would have had to either send you a prepaid return label or refund without requiring a return. And if s/he has stalled you past the 30 day deadline (from the delivery date or estimated delivery date you were given at payment) then don't count on getting replacements or your money back through eBay. If it hasn't been 30 days yet I hope you used tracking to prove delivery back to the seller so you can still file (or if you missed the deadline try your payment source: PayPal gives you 180 days from payment, each credit card issuer has its own deadlines.
