If so, "Item doesn't fit" is not covered by the Ebay Money Back Guarantee, so the seller is not obligated to accept the return request.

OP2 weeks agoThanks for that clarification, not helpful. I appreciate your response but I swear his ad said only “ one left size 11.” I may have been behind another shopper.

If no more are available, you cannot exchange...there aren't any available. Depending on the seller's return policy, you may or may not be able to return the boots unless the listing states one size and the seller sent a different size. Look at the listing in your Purchase History to find out.
