Wrong size
I ordered Skechers sneakers I got them wrong size I contacted seller he said he didn't have my size in stock and offered me half of what I paid for them now I have a pair of Skechers that don't fit and I have yet to see the refund I contacted eBay before he offered me the half refund to open a case because of wrong size the next day they closed the case I don't get it and the communication with seller was terrible worst eBay experience

It sounds like you selected 'doesn't fit' for the return. This means you bought the wrong size. Sellers do not have to accept returns when the error is yours and the item is sold with no returns.
If the seller sent you the wrong size - different from what you ordered - then call your credit card issuer and ask them to open a dispute for an item that does not match the description.
