Wrong shipping selected by buyer
The buyer purchased an article of clothing but chose usps media as their shipping method, I explained that he cannot use that option because he does not meet the selection criterion. My question is why is Ebay not blocking that as an option for anything that does not meet the selection criterion? Surely they have that ability? Maybe I am missing something because I am new?

Mentor3 years agoYou set up that option when you created your listing. That's why the buyer was able to select it.

OP3 years agoThank you so much, I am still getting the hang of selling and listing. I have definitely learned a lot from making mistakes, so far minor mistakes.
