Wrong shipping label from seller
Hi! I started a return, the seller sent me an UPS shipping label that is not valid. I already contacted UPS and when they scanned the label it isn’t available. It seems to be used before. The seller said that they are not going to send me another label. What can I do?

Locate the item. Click on RETURN THIS ITEM because it is Not as Described. You will need to click on More to see that option. The seller will need to provide a prepaid shipping label for its return. ebay sends you a link to print out the shipping label. Print out the label, affix it to the box, and have the counter clerk scan the label. When tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller needs to refund you within 2 days. If no refund, go back to the case and click on Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
