Wrong shipping label

I have to return an item they sent me a usps label but the post office wont accept it because the item is over weight i contacted the seller but nothing i want to know how to contact wbay

The way eBay will handle this is if that label supplied by the Seller is NOT used the Seller will not be charged. They either had the wrong weight on the listing or listed the weight wrong intentionally to make your return harder.

However, you can pay for your own label and eBay will reimburse you, you can message the tracking number to the Seller ... then if the Seller does not refund you within 2 days of getting the item back you can contact eBay and ask them to step in and refund your original purchase plus your out of pocket label cost.
