Wrong shipping label

I measured the box incorrectly Iâ€™m shipping something to a buyer. I already paid for the shipping label but Iâ€™m sure the cost will be more with the larger measurements. What should I do.

You will have to pay for the additional postage costs.

You can void the shipping label you paid for and create a new label with the correct dimensions & weight.

Here's how to cancel a shipping label you printed on eBay:

Go to Manage shipping labels
Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select Cancel Label.
Choose your reason for canceling the label.
Select Send request.

In the future, always weigh & measure the prepackaged item before you create a listing.
