Wrong shipping label

Buyer wanted to purchase my fish tank and when I purchase the shipping label, I purchased it for USPS and It exceeds the dimensions so I have to get a shipping label for FedEx but I cannot get a refund on the shipping label I already purchased

Void the label. The refund takes about 3 weeks to receive.

Go to Manage shipping labels.
Find the item you'd like to void the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select Void Label.
Choose your reason for voiding the label.
Select Send request.

I hope you have a very sturdy crate and lots of packing materials to protect it in shipping.
