wrong shipping from address

Question

I went to florida for the winter and added an address down there to use as a ship from address. now I am back home and first made my primary address m home address. that didnt work, so I deleted all but my home primary address but is still wants to use my address from Fla. The automated attendant was no help. Any suggestions??

Other members have reported that the address correction is not "sticking" unless they do these steps>

ADD a new address and THEN delete the old one in account settings.

( only do this for the Shipping and return addresses, not your registration address)

Also make sure that you updated the location you are shipping from on your listings. You can do this using bulk edit>

How to use bulk edit:

1. Go to this active listings page : https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active
2. Put a checkmark next to all items.
3. Select edit from the top of the list
4. Select all items again
5. Select edit fields on the upper left> location> edit and submit
