Wrong shipping dimensions - need to void label

Question

I accidently put in the wrong dimensions on a shipping box. Instead of 5.5 inches, I left out the decimal. What was supposed to be $11.00 ended up being $340. I addressed this in the ebay AI chat and it advised me to cancel the sale. Anyone else had this happen? Will I be refunded? Thanks!

You don't need to cancel the sale.

If you purchased a shipping label that will not be used, you can go to your Shipping Labels page and cancel the label.

Once you cancel, you should see the refund in approximately 21 days.
