Wrong Shipping cost
I live in Michigan and ship packages to Pennsylvania all the time it usually cost less than five dollars for a 3 ounce package for some reason this has happened twice now it’s charging me over eight dollars. Has anyone else have this problem and who do I contact to correct this problem? Is it the post office or is it Ebay

It sounds like the Irregular Package box somehow got checked on the page where you purchase your label. If that box is checked, that will add $4.00 to the cost of your label.
If you need to, you can cancel an unused label for up to 28 days. You would then see your refund in approximately 21 days.
