You need to first cancel the shipping label. Then go to the sold listing and select cancel as problem with buyers address. This will refund the buyer then you relist so that they can purchase again.
You can void/ cancel the label within 28 days of purchasing it from the actions drop down menu next to the label on this page>

Then the postal service will refund you in about 3-4 weeks on your all transactions page .
