Wrong Shipping Address
I had a customer enter an incorrect address for shipping. It got returned to me almost 2 weeks later. How do I go about not having to pay for shipping twice on the same order when it was the customers fault for not entering it correctly? Does Ebay offer some sort of seller protection on an issue like this?

This is quite common.
The easiest way to handle this is to cancel the order for "problem with Buyer's address", then issue a refund, minus the original shipping. By doing this, eBay will issue you a credit for most of your selling fees on this item. It's great customer service to let your Buyer know the package was returned to you and you issued a refund for the purchase price.
After all of this, you can then relist the item. If the original Buyer is still interested, they can purchase it again.
