Wrong shipping address
I bought this article recently. The problem is created about address. Unfortunately I logged on after long time. So did not change my shipping address. Now this article is shipped to my old address. This is my mistake. I was already messaged to seller.

Buyers can change the shipping address at checkout right up until payment is sent. After that, the shipping address for that transaction cannot be changed.
The seller is required to ship to the address that comes with the payment or lose all protection in the event of an "item not received" case. Scammers often send messages urging the seller to ship to another address, so sellers are rightly wary of such requests.
Prior to shipping the seller can cancel the transaction and relist to allow the buyer to purchase again and provide the correct address, but sellers are not required to do any of that.
If the seller ships to the address that comes with payment, and the item is delivered, the seller's responsibility ends at that point. If the item is undeliverable or is returned to the seller, the seller may be able to refund you or reship at that point.
