Wrong Ship To Address
My buyer moved and failed to update his address with eBay. When he made the purchase, it automatically used the old address. Can I/how do I change the ship to address?

For seller protection, it's not good to change the address afterwards.
So, cancel and relist, so that the buyer can add the right address during checkout or earlier.
