    Wrong sales amount
                     

    Ebay has me listed as making over $37k in sales, but that amount is incorrect. I only made $11k in sales. How do I have this corrected?

    @ricany   I recommend running a report.    Keep in mind that eBay is telling you the GROSS amount. You easily had a gross higher than 11K.  

     

    Go to this page on a computer>  

    https://www.ebay.com/mes/report-landing?sh=true    Next enter your date range, choose either this month or custom.   Then download as a PDF.  

     

    AFTER you run the report contact customer service if you still have questions.  

     

    Click this link> https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/getting-paid/getting-paid-items-youve-sold?id=4814

     

    Then Type PAYOUT in the chat bot box on the lower right. (Do not add any additional information)  

    Then AGENT after the bot responds. You might have to repeat those steps.
