wrong return address

Question

I have checked my account and it is the correct address, but my shipping label says I live somewhere else. I have the impression if I cancel the label I lose the shipping funds.

I need to reprint a label with the correct address, but I can tell it just will not change where I live.

Any advice?

Go to your address page and update as needed.

Note that when you create your first label after your address update you may still need to edit the Return Address on the create label page. The option is on the right side of the create label page. Click on EDIT below your "Ship from / Return to" address. Once changed it sticks till you change it again.

Void the unused incorrect label here and create a new one making the adjustment in bold above on the create label page.
