Wrong quantity
So I sold items that I offered if they took them "all" they can get a lower price so they did and my ad stated I had 6. When I went to ship I realized I only had 4. I contacted the buyer and let him know before I shipped, that I only had 4 . He was fine with it and still wanted the 4 at the discounted price. My question is when can I give him a refund and will the fees come down on the sale since it's now -$200? TYIA
