Wrong purchase

Question

I recently made a purchase on eBay and when I pressed the last purchase button, an error came out and the money was deducted from the bank. The bank tells me that I must wait for eBay to execute the order. What do I do on this platform? I don't know where I can talk about this with someone.

-First, if you purchased the wrong item that is not the Seller's mistake or eBay's.

-Really sorry that happened ... the date you want to keep an eye on is the original estimated delivery date. One day past that is when you can process a claim.

You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the latest estimated delivery date: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy

You can file a claim via the item in your Purchase History that you did not receive your item one day past the original estimated delivery date and up to 30 days after that. Follow the steps in the claim and they will lead to an eventual refund.

-It is not really eBay who executes the purchase, that has already been done. It is the Seller who either ships or not within their Handling time.
