Wrong Product Sent
I made a purchase in December 2023. The wrong product was sent. I contacted the seller and was told they would send the correct product but still have not done so and have not responded to my last message requesting a refund on 5/15/2024. I have tried to request help from eBay but have been put in a loop of being directed to help articles and automated assistance but no real help. How do I get eBay to assist?
