If the seller has mispriced the item accidentally, they may ship it or they may cancel the sale for 'out of stock'
On the other hand, that red flag sounds like a fake deal to me.
Is it a stock photo?
Is the seller new to eBay (less than 500 feedback)
The best case scenario is that you will pay, your money will be held for 4-6 weeks before you get it back.
Worst case you could lose your money.
