Wrong photos but correct description on selling auction
But admits he saw the discrepancy in the ad. But instead of asking about it for 7 days bought the item off the picture not the detailed description for $5. Mind you and is now complaining that he didn’t receive what he wanted. He won’t tell me what he wants to do. It says no returns in the ad. In all my years of auctions. It’s the item description that matters. Printing and uploading pictures mistakes happen all the time. Other of my ads have has small mistakes. Text price etc and everyone has been kind to point them out so they can be fixed. Not sure how to handle this situation since I am new to this site.

Mentor8 months agoTell the buyer to file a returns request for Item Not as Described since the item he received does not match the item description. You will accept and provide a return shipping label, or if you do not wish to get the item back, you can simply refund and not require return of the item.
