Wrong perfume... Sellers error no refund no refundssll

I paid a lot of money for perfume that I didn't want the seller did not give me a refund there was no refunds I ended up with a perfume that I don't like and I couldn't send it back and I paid a lot of money for it he won't even answer my text but he sent me one saying that he saw happy that I bought from him but there's no refund I hate the perfume it's not what I wanted it was my Christmas present it's very sad

Go to My ebay > Purchase History

Locate the item. Click on RETURN THIS ITEM because it is Not as Described. You only have 30 days from receipt of the item to file. You will need to click on More to see that option. The seller will need to provide a prepaid shipping label for its return. ebay sends you a link to print out the label. Print out the label, affix it to the box, and have the counter clerk scan the label. When tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller needs to refund you within 2 days. If no refund, go back to the case and click on Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.

If it has been more than 30 days since receipt, ebay can no longer help you. File a chargeback with the credit card issuer if that was used to make the purchase. Credit card issuers usually allow up to 180 days for a chargeback.
