-We have no access to accounts here but can see your Sold items. Nothing sold for that amount in the last 90 days but one item did sell for $ 49.99 ... do you mean THAT one???
-On this page you can look over on the right for the Recent activity file which lists your transactions and you can view the details of each one to see what your customers paid as well as what you were charged in fees: Seller Hub | Your financial summary | eBay
-You appear to be a relatively new Seller so your payments may be on hold for up to 30 days. Payments on hold | eBay
The $ 0.40 may be a small processing fee and the balance of your sold item might be on hold ... you will have to look at the details of your recent activity mentioned above to see what is what.
-After you review everything and still think there is an error you are welcome to request a callback, but don't do that until you try to figure out what your recent activity shows you: eBay Customer Service

OP1 year agoI accepted a 40.00 offer on the 49. Product and I got an email from eBay that my payout was .40

Did you look at the Recent Activity file I suggested via the link in my first post? If so, what was the breakdown on the transaction???
