Wrong parts was sent to me.
Hello I received the wrong parts for my vehicle and it was Rotors and brakes, it was shipped right away and it was delivered by FedX , I contacted the seller that they sent me the wrong parts, he sent one label, took the parts to USPS they told me to put the items in one big box, so we went hall all these heavy parts put it in one box took it back to USPS and they said oh no, we can’t ship them it’s too heavy for us to even pick it up, it will have to be around 40lbs and under, so took it back home trying to contact the seller to send me 3 more labels and now the seller is not responding to my messages, please somebody please help, we are old people and we can’t handle this much weight around, I just opened a case with Ebay, but was wondering what you people think we should do? Just looking for some help thank you.

Did you open a return request? If not, do that first.
Go to your purchase history - select return this item. Under reason for return, select does not match the description, and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund. If he doesn't, or says he can not send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
If you already have a request open, you need to ask customer service for assistance.

If you don't see 'have us call you' right under the chat link, click chat. Then type agent. Keep typing agent until you get the option to have them call you.
