Wrong part
I ordered a part for my stove by part number from an eBay seller. My son-in-law took a while to start fixing my stove. It has been more than 60 days so the seller won’t even try to work with me and help me get the right part. Apparently he thinks that it is okay that he sold me the part as one part number when it was actually a different one. And this was $147. Not cheap. Is there no recourse for this?

You were protected for 30 days from receipt of the item by the eBay Money Back Guarantee. Sellers have no control over what happens to an item once a Buyer takes possession. : eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
Since you missed the eBay 30 day time period you have to pursue a dispute with your funding source, PayPal, credit card, etc.
