Wrong part
I was shipped the wrong part
The seller only messages me the address. It cost $178 to ship cable wrong cable back.
What should I do. Plus why isn't there a phone number to call ebay?

Mentor2 years ago@thesweetisthing Make sure you use wrong item OR doesn't match pictures or description for the return case reason. Then the seller is required to pay return shipping if they want the item back before refunding you.

The seller will not be able to provide a return label since they are located in another country.
The seller then has the choice of sending you the money to pay return shipping to your PayPal account OR refunding you without a return of the item. Do NOT pay return shipping yourself and expect to be refunded for it after the item is returned even if an agent says to do this as eBay can not force a refund from the seller for more than the original sale price.
99% of the time a seller in another country will refund without a return of the item.
Returns to CHINA MUST be shipped via Priority Mail. If the country is NOT on this list it must ship via Priority Mail>

If you do have to buy a return label with the funds the seller provided then you must enter the tracking number into the return request so you will have proof of the return.

Mentor2 years ago@thesweetisthing Sorry your item is not as described. Do NOT select doesn't fit for the return reason or the seller can deny the return. When an item is not as described then the SELLER pays return shipping and refunds you 100%.
The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request.

Let me know if you need to return an item to another country as there are additional steps required. The seller pays return shipping for an item that is not as described no matter where they are located.
