Wrong package
I recently got two packages mixed up in shipping and sent them to the wrong address. One buyer has reached out and let me know he received the wrong package but I can not get a response from the other buyer. What do I do?

If you have already messaged them and offered to pay for a return label and they haven't responded I'd just refund them both and move on.
