Wrong order.
I have been trying to contact ebay customer service since yesterday. Until now no one has been contacted me. I order 2 items yesterday, but the confirmation I received there was 2 more item which i didn't order. I been trying contact immediately to stop that 2 orders, but the response I am getting just tanking for my orders.
I am so disappointed with your customer service. The 2 items which I didn't order are:
Item # 165401858629 and Item #38696500271354
Please stop the shipment for those 2 items immediately.

Mentor1 year agoGo to your Purchase history. Locate those two orders. Click the CONTACT SELLER link and explain that you did NOT order those 2 items and that you wish for the seller to file a cancellation as Buyer request.
If you are using the new messaging system, start typing where it says SEND MESSAGE. The area will enlarge as you type. When done typing, click on that "paper airplane" looking arrow on the right side to send the message.
