Wrong measurments on shipping label
Two days ago i sent the buyer a message on how she wanted to have the item shipped. After no reply today i printed label and After i printed the shipping label the buyer sent me a message on how she wanted it to be shipped. I paid for the label and now the how she wants it ship the measurments are bigger. if i dnt change it it will charge me more on shipping for haveing the wrong measurements. So what im asking is there away you can cancell the current label and let me get a new one?

Mentor11 months ago@dusreyn-2709 You can cancel the label and you'll get a refund in a few weeks. You can't charge the buyer more for shipping since they already paid.
You have to cancel the sale as buyer requested since they want to upgrade the shipping, refund the buyer, then they pay again with the correct shipping information. Be sure to have the buyer ask to cancel in eBay messages so that you have the proof that it is the buyers request.
You can void/ cancel the label within 28 days of purchasing it from the actions drop down menu next to the label on this page>

The sold item will have two tracking numbers so be sure to let the buyer know which tracking number to watch. You can not remove the extra tracking number.
