Wrong mailng slip. Post office applied the slip one
Post office got QR code off my phone and applied shipping labels on my packages. And all 3 orders went to wrong purchasers. What to do

Mentor4 months agoYou should have given the clerk the correct package as each label was printed.
All you can do now is to use the CONTACT BUYER option in the Paid & Sold folder and let the buyer know that the wrong item may have been shipped, and if so, they will need to file a returns request for Item Not as Described, that you will accept and provide a return shipping label, and fully refund when the item is Delivered. When you get all the items back, then relist them, and the buyers can repurchase and repay, and this time, make sure the right buyer gets the correct item.
