Wrong location on my listings
The last few days all my listings now have the wrong city that I live in. I live in Kissimmee and they all say Orlando all of a sudden. I assume this is an issue with not just myself.
Can that be changed manually ?

OP3 weeks agoI went in and changed the wrong listings to the correct location and zip. I guess my question is I have never had to physically go in and put my zip or city when listing, it automatically defaulted to the correct one. I had to just now go back 2 weeks and change all of the listing from the wrong zip and city. Just wondering how it got changed to the wrong city and zip out of the blue?

It happened to me as well. I feel it was somehow connected to IP addresses as a few of my listings also showed a different location. Still in Ohio, but in a place I never lived at.
I fixed it by doing a bulk edit to change all my item locations at once. I didn't count how many were wrong. A handful.

OP3 weeks agoThe listings have always been right for years and the items I have listed in the last few days have the wrong city all of a sudden. When I go to my address in my privacy info it is all correct. It has to be another ebay glitch

Mentor3 weeks agoChange Item Location in Bulk:
Go to your eBay Active Listings in Seller Hub.
Check the boxes next to the listings you want to change (or check the top box to select all).
Click Edit at the top of the list.
On the next edit screen, select all items again if prompted.
Go to Edit fields in the upper-left corner, select Preferences, and click on Item location.
Make sure your "ship from" address is correct in your account settings: Go to Account Settings on eBay and select Addresses under personal info.

Mentor3 weeks agoItem Location is usually by the Zip Code you enter into the listing. Did you recheck the listings to make sure that is correct. You may have to enter the plus-four extension to narrow it down to your city.
