I just changed my password and received an e-mail immediately that new device logged on from Pennsylvania but I'm in New Mexico.

Are you using a VPN, hotspot or Starlink network? Or are you using a network provider with a headquarters in Pennsylvania?
Any of those can affect the location shown when signing in.
Does the other information aside from location correspond to your own sign-in? Browser? Time?
If not, or if you think someone else has gained access to your account, change the password again. You may want to also change your email password. If you have social media accounts linked to eBay, change those passwords as well or else unlink those accounts.

OP4 months agoI am using a VPN, However, the location listed has no connection with that VPN.
